Many, including myself, have been writing and talking about the “Talent Transfer” that awaits us. COVID is disrupting everything, and a lot of high-level, formerly high-priced execs are suddenly… available. At this time last year, you may have had your eye on a shiny new exec, someone you just knew would take you to the proverbial “Next level.” Back then, when everything was more stable, maybe you couldn’t afford to hire that star player. Now, not only can you afford them, you might just be able to find someone even better!
